Syringe Filters Cellulose Acetate and Regenerated Cellulose
Hahnemühle

Cellulose acetate syringe filter:
Recommended for clarification, purification and sterilisation of aqueous solutions and biological sample.
  • Cellulose acetate membrane, surfactant-free, hydrophilic.
  • Low non-specific adsorption.
  • Filtration of biological fluids, serum and nutrient media with a min. loss of proteins owing to very low protein binding to the membrane.
  • Suitable for aqueous solutions (pH 4 to 8) and most alcohols, carbohydrates and oils.
  • Case material: PP.
  • Fitting inlet: female Luer lock
  • Fitting outlet: male Luer slip.

Regenerated cellulose syringe filters:
High resistance during filtration and sterilisation of aqueous and organic samples in HPLC and GC applications.
  • Regenerated cellulose membrane, hydrophilic.
  • Resistant to almost all solvents and aqueous solutions in pH range 3 to 12.
  • Low protein adsorption.
  • Sterilisation and clarification of cell and protein solutions and biological fluids without loss of proteins.
  • Case material: PP.
  • Fitting inlet: female Luer lock.
  • Fitting outlet: male Luer lock.
