The photometric- and wavelength accuracy of microplate readers can be checked using calibration standards. The microplate reader standard has the same dimensions as a microplate and has windows with a 6.6 mm Ø at the same positions as the 96 wells (H x W x L 14.5 x 125 x 85.5 mm).
